"This has not been a good experience. My father had car insurance with them for a few years, but when he went to cancel it, it took several phone calls, and during which time they kept charging his account even though he had coverage elsewhere. They did not issue any credits as they should have due to their delays, resulting in a 97-year-old man overpaying them. I would not recommend them as they have no morals."

"I signed with this agency while one of their employees was still active there. After he left my rate went up from $900+ to $1400+. Between my health which I shared with these horrible people there, they would keep promising me to call me back for adjustment & refund my back pay they stole to the original price that they were taking out of my checking account. These people are the worst I have ever dealt with as they lie, false excuses, never return a call & above all they specially never connected with corporate as they claim. So after speaking with corporate that they told me they were never been contacted by them. I hope you see through their true colors. Total of 4 cars from 2 Mercedes, 1 Audi, 1 Bentley. I should have stayed with progressive with the same policy, apple for Apple at $970 a month. I guess I’m the idiot."

"Por favor tenga mucho cuidado. Estas personas me mintieron, me engañaron y perjudicaron. Hicieron cambios en mi póliza sin mi autorización, Aumentaron el monto de mi cuenta, me cobraron de más y además, como si todo esto no fuera suficiente sacaron uno de mis vehículos de mi póliza dejándome el carro sin cobertura cuando la póliza ya estaba pagada. No contestan el teléfono. No contestan mensajes de texto. No contestan emails y tampoco se responsabilizan. Es la peor experiencia que tuve en la vida y no es solo que no los recomiendo, alerto sobre el mal servicio e irresponsabilidad de Oscar y Yamelys. Sigo esperando mi reembolso. Y es MENTIRA que yo realice cambios en otra agencia y uds solo quisieron ayudarme. Yo hice los cambios con Oscar y Yamelys en SU agencia. Asumir responsabilidad es lo menos que pueden hacer."

"I was overcharged on my auto insurance without any notice or explanation. Multiple emails were ignored. When I called, I was falsely told the issue had been resolved, which was not true. The overcharge remained and no one followed up. Extremely poor communication, misleading information, and a complete lack of accountability. I do not recommend this company."

"I'll Start off with how deeply disappointed I am from this agency especially from Oscar. Everything started 4 months ago when I purchased a policy. For 4 months I was charged for this policy i never got the policy documents they never return the calls they keep telling lies about what happened and there are not reliable at all. i'm deeply disappointed and feel disrespected I wouldn't recommend anyone to engage in any type of policy with them It's a shame that that's how they treat customers a paying customers."

"I am very disappointed with the service at this store. always a challenge to get follow-ups, callbacks, and confirmations on policy changes. It takes an unreasonable amount of time to get any updates. When I first started, I referred many people to this location, but now I regret doing so. I really believe they don't appreciate it.
